Job Description:
Pay Range: $27.91hr - $32.91hr
Responsibilities:
Team Operations And Coordination:- Maintain and manage core team resources (org charts, team directories, onboarding documents, shared drives).
- Coordinate planning and scheduling for cross-functional initiatives and working sessions.
- Track team workflows, timelines, cadences, and deliverables.
- Create or update decks, process docs, and team tools to drive clarity and visibility.
Culture And Engagement:
- Support and coordinate logistics for team offsites, town halls, milestones, and celebrations.
- Help deliver thoughtful onboarding experiences (welcome emails, checklists, orientation prep).
- Track and organize pulse survey data, engagement feedback, and follow-up loops.
People And Process Support:
- Track new hires, departures, leaves of absence, and changes across the organization.
- Assist with materials and logistics for compensation reviews, calibrations, and hiring plans.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, P&C, and Finance to manage job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on titles, compensation, and org design.
- Input key new-hire data into internal HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) to maintain accurate records.
Special Projects And Team Support:
- Support internal rollouts, trainings, or leadership updates with prep and documentation
- Help build structure around one-off and recurring projects — from light design to note-taking
- Proactively flag inefficiencies, blockers, or opportunities to improve team operations
Must Have Skills / Requirements:
- Experience with Resource Tracking, Project Management, Consolidating or Resources, Streamlining Processes.
- 2+ years of experience; Not looking for professional project managers, but those who have experience working in a fast-paced project focused environment.
- Attention to Detail and experience with managing multiple projects.
- 2+ years of experience; Has experience managing relationships, timelines, and standard of procedures.
- Experience taking initiative and knowing when to ask for guidance.
- 2+ years of experience; Experience working with globally dispersed teams under differing industries and functions.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements:
- Bonus: Familiar with tools like Workday, Microsoft Office, or project management platforms.
- Experience with Localization (non-tech).
