Trinidad Benham Corp in Dallas, TX seeks a Pan Press Operator to form aluminum steamer pans to spec, monitor the press, load materials, and maintain a clean, safe GMP/SQF compliant work area. You will troubleshoot minor issues, document production data, and collaborate with team members to meet daily output and quality targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including touch screens.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be able to meet daily production requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Effective communication of questions and reports.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the pan press to form aluminum steamer pans per instructions.
• Load aluminum rolls and materials; stage, feed, and remove material safely.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets or cases per specs.
• Monitor press operation and adjust within limits for quality/efficiency.
• Inspect finished pans for defects and verify quality standards.
• Identify and report nonconforming product.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and safely start/stop equipment.
• Document production and downtime accurately and on time.
• Comply with GMP and SQF; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
