Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Machine Operator/Pan Press Operator to operate a pan press forming aluminum steamer pans to quality standards. You will load materials, perform adjustments, and monitor production while following GMP and SQF procedures.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Basic computer skills including touch screens.
• Ability to meet daily production requirements in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with supervisors and team members.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the pan press to form aluminum steamer pans per work instructions.
• Load aluminum rolls and materials; stage, feed, and remove product safely for continuous operation.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets or into cases per customer specs.
• Monitor press operation and adjust within limits to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished pans and in-process product for defects and verify quality standards.
• Report nonconforming product and escalate to supervisor or QC as required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and safely stop/start equipment per safety rules.
• Complete production and downtime documentation accurately and on time.
