Job summary

Raymond James Information Security is seeking a Manager to lead the Privileged Access Management engineering team within the Identity and Access Management group. This role leads a security engineering team owning PAM platforms and applications, setting strategy and implementing the IAM product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in management, hands-on PAM experience (CyberArk/BeyondTrust), and strong scripting skills. This hybrid role requires attendance in St.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise PAM programs (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent).
• Experience with Secrets Management platforms (HashiCorp Vault, cloud-native secrets, Kubernetes secrets).
• Deep understanding of privileged account lifecycle management and non-human identity security.
• Experience integrating PAM with IGA solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Strong automation, APIs, and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory expectations (SOX, audit, risk controls).

Responsibilities

• Establish centralized PAM ownership enterprise-wide.
• Support IAM modernization initiatives and enable zero standing privilege.
• Address regulatory and audit expectations with visibility and reporting.
• Eliminate fragmented onboarding and hardcoded secrets.
• Drive automation and scalability of PAM services across global environments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
