Job summary

Gruve, a San Francisco-based software services startup, is seeking an L1 PAM Operations Analyst to support Privileged Access Management using Thycotic/Delinea Secret Server. You will monitor PAM dashboards, perform initial incident triage and process access requests following runbooks.

This role covers 24x7 global operations (APAC–EMEA–NLAM) with collaboration across IT security, identity, and ITSM workflows in ServiceNow. Strong security discipline and precise documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure operations, access management or security operations.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management concepts and credential security.
• Experience with PAM tools such as Thycotic/Delinea Secret Server or equivalents.
• Knowledge of ITSM workflows (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PAM dashboards, alerts and platform availability.
• Perform initial triage for failed password rotations and access issues.
• Process privileged access requests following approved runbooks.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and other IT groups for escalation and resolution.
• Maintain incident records and shift handover documentation.
