Job summary

Digital Global Connectors (DGC) seeks a Palo Alto Integration Engineer to support NGFW infrastructure in a federal environment. Daily on-site work near Washington, DC, with active security clearance or ability to obtain required.

The role includes configuring, monitoring, and tuning Palo Alto networks security platforms, managing Panorama, and coordinating with government stakeholders to sustain secure, compliant services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Network Eng or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in network security engineering or firewall administration
• 2–3 years with Palo Alto NGFW in enterprise environments
• Experience developing/administering firewall security policies and threat profiles
• Familiarity with Panorama and enterprise networking concepts
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain government clearance

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, configure, administer, and troubleshoot NGFW infrastructure across perimeter and data center
• Develop and maintain firewall security policies using App-ID, User-ID, and Content-ID
• Configure and maintain threat prevention: antivirus, URL filtering, WildFire, DNS Security
• Administer Panorama device groups, templates, and policy deployment
• Configure and monitor Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, and cloud-delivered security policies
• Support changemanagement, documentation, and compliance reporting
