Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking a motivated Salon Manager to drive sales and lead a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities for bonuses, with a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.

• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company policies and requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
