Job description

Private Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced full charge live-out Housekeeper to join their fully staffed home. This is a 5-day flexible schedule consisting of 40+ hours per week, with shifts and hours that may vary from day to day. Short term domestic travel to secondary residences is required in this role. The ideal candidate must be experienced working in an UHNW home and be able to demonstrate skills in all aspects of household cleaning, as well as formal/informal service and hospitality. The candidate must be willing to work alongside a team of housekeepers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dedicated, conscientious and is a motivated self-starter. Must love dogs!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Full-charge house cleaning
• Organizing the home as required
• Packing and unpacking for travel
• Experience with formal and informal service;
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Greeting guests
• Pet care
• Additional Housekeeper duties as needed and required

Requirements:

• Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work both independently as well as part of a domestic team
• Minimum 5 years related experience working in a formal private home
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Superior organization skills and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job
• Comprehensive knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, and ironing
• Ability to work alongside domestic staff; motivated self-starter who is also able to work well on a team
• Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; team player, above and beyond attitude
• Willing and able to travel as needed
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legally able to work in the United States
