You will join an experienced multidisciplinary team with an onboarding program, dedicated mentor, and leadership support to foster professional growth. The compensation is fee-for-service with strong earning potential and no cap on productivity

Qualifications

• Must hold GA NP or PA license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in palliative care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
