Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing!We are a home health, hospice, and palliative agency providing services in patient homes in 15 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, and palliative care. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Sheboygan, and Appleton.We are currently in need of a Full-Time Palliative Medical Assistant
in our Germantown OfficeFull-Time, 40 hours per week
Job Requirements:
* Carry a current licensure in field of practice in the State of Wisconsin
* Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates
* Ability to work independently
* Good organization and effective time management skills
* Compliance with documentation standards and regulations
* Prior palliative experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply
