The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located 5 miles from downtown Honolulu.

Join a multidisciplinary team to provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care and hospice services using AI-assisted documentation and EPIC EMR. This role emphasizes high-quality medicine delivered without pre-authorizations and a collaborative, patient-centered

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certified or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for patients in inpatient and outpatient palliative care and hospice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Deliver quality medicine without pre-authorizations.
• Utilize AI documentation to support patient care.
