As our Palliative Care Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Adult Palliative Care Program and work closely with the VP of Palliative Care to strengthen and grow the program throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
You will lead an interdisciplinary team while helping create the workflows, clinical standards, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to support the program’s next phase of growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence both team performance and program development.
