Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Palliative Care RN to support patients and families facing serious illness. You will coordinate care, educate families about diagnosis and options, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no routine nights, weekends, or holidays, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance clinical

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license transfer within 60 days of employment.
• BSN from an accredited institution; education will be verified.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and serve as a navigator for palliative care patients and their families.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and available resources.
• Assess symptoms and collaborate with providers to support symptom management plans.
• Triage patient and family calls, questions, and care concerns.
• Coordinate services across primary care, specialty care, hospice, home health, and community resources.
• Support advance care planning conversations and documentation.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and care coordination throughout the patient’s healthcare journey.
