Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant field.
• MD/DO board certified or board eligible for an active license.

• Collaborate with nurses, chaplains, social workers and other team members.
• Serve as collaborating physician for nurse practitioners.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination.
