Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive palliative care to inpatient and ambulatory patients across two hospitals and one clinic.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in on-call coverage and manage a 4/10 schedule within Providence's Palliative Care program.
