Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative care; fellowship training with palliative care experience preferred.
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Georgia medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient palliative care consultations.
• Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care team.
• Assist patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions; document goals of care and advance directives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve patient and family experience of care.
