The facility is seeking a Board-Certified MD or DO, fellowship-trained in Palliative Care, to fill a vacancy from May 1 to August 4. The provider will work on-site Monday through Friday for 8-hour shifts starting between 8:30 AM and 9 AM, with overtime available but no call or holiday coverage. The average patient load is three new patients and 34 follow-ups per day, with adult patients only. There is possible solo coverage with NP support, and they are looking for one provider who is already licensed, as there is no time for new licensing. Privileges are required with a 60-90 day credentialing process, including case logs. The facility is using multiple agencies and is not open to permanent candidates.
