• Completion of approved ACGME Palliative Medicine fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in Palliative Medicine; HMDBC to be considered.
• Pennsylvania medical licensure in good standing prior to employment.
• Interest in programmatic leadership, quality metrics and system wide palliative outpatient growth.
