Northwestern Medicine is expanding its Palliative Care program across health network locations throughout the Chicago suburbs. We are seeking compassionate, innovative physicians to be part of this ambitious initiative to expand what is already the premier Palliative Medicine program in Chicagoland.

The role includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient care with responsibilities in symptom management, goal-of-care discussions, and program development.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• Board certification (BE/BC) in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Responsibilities

• A mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Symptom management for patients.
• Develop and facilitate goals of care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in process improvement and program development.
