• Compensation range: $293,912 – $329,798 per year. This range reflects the starting total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation as applicable. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group employer.
