Live Well Homecare seeks a Palliative Care/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in a health center. You will deliver patient care within palliative and oncology scopes and manage diverse caseloads during scheduled hours.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (40 hours/week), with a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Credentialing is expected within 60 days. Travel, lodging, and transportation support are provided to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Connecticut medical license, BLS, DEA, and Board Certification required.
• Credentialing expected within 60 days or less.
