Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Palliative Care team. The provider will collaborate with physicians, APPs, social workers, and chaplains to deliver compassionate care to patients with serious illnesses.

The ideal candidate will lead serious illness conversations, manage pain and symptoms, provide inpatient end-of-life care, and participate in goals-of-care planning within a multidisciplinary model.

Competenze

• Current NP or PA certification and Arizona license.
• Current CPR/BLS/ACLS.
• DEA license for controlled substances.

Mansioni

• Clinical management of palliative care patients.
• Lead serious illness conversations with patients and families.
• Manage malignant pain and complex symptom control.
• Provide inpatient end-of-life care.
• Consult on goals of care and advance care planning.
