TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven Palliative Care Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join our post-acute care team in Crossville, TN. This full-time role involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, training, autonomy and earning potential.

Compensation ranges from $109,595 to $131,514 annually with no cap on productivity income. You will provide high-quality palliative care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA license in Tennessee.
• DEA registration required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
