Job summary

KeystoneCare in Springfield Township, Delaware County is looking for an experienced Associate Palliative Care Medical Director. This role is pivotal for providing clinical leadership and oversight for the palliative care program, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate should possess an MD or DO with relevant experience and board certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling options based on candidate availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in palliative or hospice care preferred.
• DEA registration (active and in good standing) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance for the palliative care program.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct patient evaluations and manage clinical care for palliative patients.
