Your Health Palliative Care in Georgia seeks an Executive Director for Palliative Services. This in-person role leads strategic vision, operations, and regulatory compliance for hospice programs, overseeing a dedicated team of professionals in our local offices.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing budgets, ensuring quality care, and engaging with community partners to expand services while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active GA license.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for palliative and hospice services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance.
• Budget development and financial performance oversight.
• Lead quality improvement and accreditation readiness.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders.
