Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New Jersey is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant (or Associate) Attending level to provide comprehensive palliative care at MSK Bergen and Basking Ridge sites.

The role includes a predominantly outpatient practice with three clinic days weekly, inpatient consults, and supervision of learners, with opportunities to contribute to teaching and research.

Qualifications

• Board certification in the primary specialty and HPM board certification or eligibility.
• Completed ACGME-accredited fellowship in HPM.
• Candidates with prior academic appointments and a strong publication record may be considered for Associate Attending rank.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient palliative care with three full days of outpatient clinic per week.
• Provide inpatient Supportive Care consultation and supervise MSK HPM fellows and other learners.
• Contribute to continued growth and development of Supportive Care services for patients in the region.
• Collaborate with oncology teams across MSK to provide patient-centered care.
• Engage in teaching, quality improvement, scholarly activity, clinical research, and educational implementations.
