Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in palliative care or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to nurse practitioners.
• Deliver comprehensive palliative care assessments and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate care plans with primary care providers and specialists.
