Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide palliative care to oncology/hematology patients. The role includes initial consultations, follow-up visits, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• At least 1 year of APP experience in Palliative Care or related field.
• Experience caring for hematology/oncology patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial palliative care consultations and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Prescribe medications within scope and maintain DEA license.
