This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret order sheets, labels, and production paperwork.
• Basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets according to product specifications, customer requirements, and order sheets.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and correct labeling before palletizing.
• Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment following safety and stability guidelines.
• Verify counts, lot numbers, and product placement to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
• Report any product discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues to leadership.
• Support general production duties as assigned, such as staging materials, moving products, and assisting with line activities.
