Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking a Palletizing and Material Handling Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will operate a sit-down forklift, feed materials to the stacking equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and order numbers.

You will read work orders, verify product labels, adjust HMI settings for efficiency, and prepare pallets for shipping with a cardboard applicator. Training may start on 1st or 2nd shift to build confidence as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience as an equipment operator working with HMI touch screens.
• Prior sit-down forklift operator experience.
• Comfort with Order Numbers and documentation checks.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Good, dependable work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic upkeep on stacking equipment.
• Use a sit-down forklift to move materials into the machine and transfer finished goods to shipping trailers.
• Read work orders and product labels; verify information and Order Numbers match.
• Adjust settings on HMI screens to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Loading Pallets with cardboard applicator for clean, secure shipments.
