Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Palletizer Material Handler at our Woodridge, IL facility. You will move pallets of materials, unload raw materials, and load finished goods for palletizing while coordinating material changes with operators and team leads.

On-the-job training will be provided; safety and quality standards must be followed. You will operate pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other equipment to support the printing operation.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are important.
• Experience working 12-hour shifts is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and GMP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, GMP requirements, and PPE standards.
• Verify product and label accuracy using SAP documentation and labels.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and stretch wrappers; support production operations.
