Job summary

Surge Staffing in Whiteland, Indiana is seeking an Order Selector to accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products in line with company standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity expectations while following safety procedures.

Previous Pallet Walkie Rider experience is required. You will operate a Pallet Walkie Rider/electric pallet jack, perform inspections, load/unload freight, and assist with inventory and cycle counts,

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Pallet Walkie Rider in a warehouse.
• Ability to obtain NFI certification on the electric pallet jack.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 6 months of Pallet Walkie Rider and/or warehouse equipment experience preferred; Pallet Walkie Rider experience is required.
• Must be able to stand and lift 10–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Pallet Walkie Rider safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight and move products to storage areas.
• Complete pre-operation inspections on equipment.
• Process orders and ensure accuracy during picking and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
