Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable team member to operate our pallet sorting line, safely running a large sorting machine and performing inspections. You may assist with forklift loading and must be prepared for a physically demanding role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate a large pallet sorting machine to sort by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions.
• Meet production and quality goals and collaborate with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
