Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable pallet sorting operator in New Jersey to join our shipping and manufacturing team. You will safely operate a pallet sorting machine, inspect pallets, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic and adherence to safety protocols. We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with on-the-job training, opportunities to grow, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
