Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking dependable Pallet Sorters to join our warehouse team in Lincolnton, NC. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, assess repairs, and help us meet daily production goals while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production‑based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You’ll Do
