Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring for a warehouse associate to sort pallets by quality, inspect and assess repair needs, and help meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, be familiar with pallet jacks, and have prior warehouse or manufacturing experience. Training is provided for forklift operation where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer quality and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What Youll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer quality and grade through visual inspection
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero PTZ goals
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus training provided
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Experience in a production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Clean as You Go
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently certification provided
