48forty Solutions in Fayetteville, AR is looking for a reliable Sorter to hand sort pallets and materials in a busy distribution facility. You will help maintain safety and cleanliness while supporting production with steady, physical work.

The role offers hourly pay of $17.50 with standard Monday–Friday shifts and occasional Saturday hours, plus benefits including time off and insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the facility
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with plant management regularly
