Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented pallet inspector/repair technician for on-site work. You will evaluate pallets for damage, perform repairs with standard tools, and sort pallets by quality.

A safety-first mindset and ability to meet production goals are essential in this fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working with a diverse team, and willingness to operate a forklift with provided training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safety first: follow all safety protocols to help PTZ goals.
• Inspect and repair pallets using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools.
• Sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair.
• Meet production goals with consistent productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned.
• Keep workspace clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching.
• Operate a forklift if required (training and certification provided).
