Job summary

48forty Solutions is hiring a Pallet Repair Reman in Henderson, CO. You will build and repair pallets, using various tools to restore pallets to service-ready condition. After a 60-day training, you’ll work with minimal supervision to meet production quotas while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to safely operate air-driven, electric, pneumatic and manual woodworking tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition.
• Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager.
• Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets 48forty's standards.
• Build the given number of pallets, once training is complete.
• Repair the given number of pallets, once training is complete.
• Work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas safely.
• Stack pallets or materials following inventory control instructions.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
