Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manual labor experience in warehousing or related field.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and rebuilding pallets to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspecting and sorting pallets by condition and type prior to repair.
• Using nail guns and hand tools to remove, replace, and secure pallet boards.
• Operating safely and complying with PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
