Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking a Pallet Jack Operator for the mid shift in our on-site production facility. The role requires moving materials, adhering to safety and quality procedures, and supporting production workflows.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, reporting issues, completing routine reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations. Prior shipping/receiving experience and a pallet jack license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain company-issued pallet jack licenses.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Industry preference for poultry or food processing environments.
• Ability to work in a production/plant setting and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack between departments and deliver materials while following safety procedures.
• Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Deliver materials to work areas and load shipments; ensure damage-free handling.
• Identify mechanical issues with pallet jack and report for repair.
• Complete daily and weekly reports to the floor supervisor.
• Participate in team development and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and maintain compliance with company policies.
