Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is hiring for a production worker for a 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM shift with overtime opportunities. The role involves moving product, recording weights, and ensuring compliance with quality and USDA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform inspection on a pallet jack.
• Must pass a pallet jack test in order to receive pallet jack license.
• Must pass a level 2 POET test in order to perform job.
• Maintain management standards.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler, as well as other packaging areas
• Track and record net weight of bins/pallets of product and label with the correct date, shift, and product description
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements
