Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is hiring for a warehouse/production support role with rotating shifts from 9:30am to 6:00pm plus overtime. The position requires ability to read and write in English, stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and pass pallet jack inspections and POET tests.

Overtime incentives apply after 7:00pm and late-night premiums after 12:00am. Responsibilities include moving product, recording weights, labeling with shift and product details, and upholding quality and food

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Able to stand for long periods (8–10 hours) on hard floors.
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing/pulling; lifts up to 35 lbs.
• Able to perform pallet jack inspections and obtain license.
• Must pass Level 2 POET test for the role.

Responsibilities

• Transport product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler and other packaging areas.
• Track and record net weight of bins/pallets with date, shift, and product description.
• Help maintain quality and food safety per USDA requirements.

9:30am-6:00pm +OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Transportation of product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler, as well as other packaging areas
• Track and record net weight of bins/pallets of product and label with the correct date, shift, and product description
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write in English
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to perform inspection on a pallet jack
• Must pass a pallet jack test in order to receive pallet jack license
• Must pass a level 2 POET test in order to perform job
• Maintain management standards
