This role involves cutting boards and building pallets in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment with a starting wage of $15 per hour. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet production quotas and ensure timely project

Responsibilities

• Read and understand custom specifications for each build project
• Build pallets using a variety of shop tools
• Operate all pallet facility tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Wear all personal protective safety gear required
• Sort and stack boards or pallets according to criteria
• Keep daily log of work done to turn into shift supervisor at end of each shift
• Cleanup work area during and at end of each shift
