Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an Assembler I to build pallets and crates by cutting wood and assembling materials, following blueprints and work instructions to protect products for shipment.

You will operate nail guns, saws, and other tools, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure quality and safety while supporting production. This role offers hands-on growth in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to use measurement tools for standard assemblies.
• Comfort with reporting systems such as IFS/CrateTracker/Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets and crates following blueprints and instructions.
• Cut wood and assemble materials for secure packaging.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools safely (nail guns, saws, screw guns, staplers).
• Verify components against blueprints and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
