Pallet Builder Job Duties

• Keep things moving—loading, unloading, sorting.
• Pick and pack so orders are spot‑on.
• Scan items in and out with simple tools.
• Stay active on your feet all day.
• Follow safety steps—your crew depends on it.
• Double‑check counts before you're done.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and wear PPE (steel‑toe shoes).
