DiCarlo Distributors, Inc. in Holtsville, NY is seeking a dependable Pallet Auditor to join our warehouse team. You will inspect completed orders before shipment to ensure accuracy, product quality, and safe pallet preparation.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 7:30 PM–4:30 AM. Compensation: $18/hour. Responsibilities include reviewing pallets, confirming item numbers and quantities, identifying issues, and maintaining audit records while adhering to safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, auditing, receiving, or order selection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to read product labels, item numbers, and order documentation accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in refrigerated and freezer areas when required.

Responsibilities

• Review completed pallets and compare products against customer orders.
• Confirm item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions.
• Identify missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly selected products.
• Verify pallets are stacked securely and prepared for transportation.
• Document discrepancies and communicate corrections to warehouse supervisors.
• Ensure pallets meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Maintain accurate audit records.
• Follow warehouse safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Position Description: PALLET AUDITOR DiCarlo Distributors Inc. Holtsville, New York Family owned and operated since 1963, DiCarlo Distributors Inc. is one of the leading food service distributors in the United States. We proudly serve restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, catering companies, and other food establishments throughout the Northeast. DiCarlo is currently seeking a dependable and detail oriented Pallet Auditor to join our warehouse team. The Pallet Auditor is responsible for inspecting completed orders before shipment to help ensure accuracy, product quality, and proper pallet preparation.
