Job summary

DiCarlo Distributors Inc. in Holtsville, NY is seeking a dependable Pallet Auditor to join our warehouse team. You will inspect orders before shipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe pallet preparation.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, with an hourly wage of $18. You will review pallets, confirm labels and quantities, and communicate discrepancies to supervisors to maintain shipping accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, auditing, receiving, or order selection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to read product labels, item numbers, and order documentation accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Review completed pallets and compare products against customer orders.
• Confirm item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions.
• Identify missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly selected products.
• Verify pallets are stacked securely and prepared safely for transportation.
• Document discrepancies and relay corrections to warehouse supervisors.
• Ensure pallets meet quality and accuracy standards and maintain audit records.
• Follow warehouse safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Compensation Details
