Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc. in Erie, PA is seeking a dependable Pallet and Crate Builder to join our client’s manufacturing team. Build pallets and crates using hand and power tools in a production setting.

No prior woodworking required; ability to read basic diagrams; lift 50+ lbs; 1st shift; on-site role with weekly pay and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools, saws, nail guns, and measuring tape.
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or diagrams.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build wooden pallets and shipping crates using power tools and hand tools.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber based on design specifications or customer orders.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.
• Assist with loading or moving finished pallets/crates as needed.

A well-established Erie-area manufacturer specializing in custom wooden shipping solutions is seeking a dependable Pallet and Crate Builder to join their team. This hands-on role involves building pallets and crates for a variety of industrial applications using hand tools and power tools in a production environment. • Build wooden pallets and shipping crates using power tools and hand tools

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber based on design specifications or customer orders
