• Review nutrition policies and strategies to inform the National Nutrition Strategy 2026-2030.
• Integrate current nutrition context in the West Bank and Gaza with emergency considerations.
• Incorporate FNG findings and stakeholder input into the strategy and action plan.
• Develop a multisectoral strategic framework with clear objectives and interventions.
• Design an M&E framework with indicators, baselines, and reporting arrangements.
• Produce a costed Action Plan with timelines, responsibilities and resource needs.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure quality and alignment with international best practices.
